Dicloran plus (Diclofenac) gel

Dosage: 

Formdata. A combination drug. It has a local anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiexudative action. Diclofenac sodium and methyl salicylate — NSAID, based on the pharmacological action of which lies the ability to inhibit the synthesis of PG. The local application relieves pain and inflammation in joints, reduce morning stiffness and swelling of joints, helping to increase range of motion. Alpha-linolenic acid — the primary active component of Flaxseed oil has anti-inflammatory action. Menthol — when rubbed into the skin, causing irritation of the nerve endings, exerts a local effect (red) and mild analgesic effect.

Testimony. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatic defeats of soft tissues (tenosynovitis, bursitis), pain, sciatica, myalgia, neuralgia, traumatic injuries, sprains, muscles and tendons, inflammatory swelling of the soft tissues, sore muscles and joints, caused by heavy physical exertion.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity (W. to other NSAIDs), erosivno-azwenne shock syndrome (in the acute phase), aspirin asthma, violation of the integrity of the skin, pregnancy (III trimester), children up to age 6 years, lactation.

Caution: hepatic porphyria (exacerbation), erosive-ulcerative lesions of gastrointestinal tract, severe renal/hepatic insufficiency, chronic heart failure, bronchial asthma, old age, child age under 12 years, pregnancy (I and II trimester).

Dosing regimen. Externally. Depending on the area affected area 2 to 4 grams (strip of gel 4-8 cm) is applied in a thin layer on the skin above the fireplace of inflammation and gently RUB 2-3 times a day. The duration of treatment is not more than 10 days without consulting a doctor.

Side effects. Local: eczema, photosensitivity, contact dermatitis (itching, redness, swelling, papules, vesicles, peeling).

Systemic: generalized skin rash, allergic reactions (urticaria, angioedema, bronchospasm, photosensitivity.

Interaction. Diclofenac may increase the effects of other drugs that cause photosensitivity.

Special instructions. Apply only to intact skin, avoiding open wounds. Do not use under occlusive dressing. Avoid contact with mucous membranes (including eyes).
