Novigan (Ibuprofen + Pitofenone + Fentiverinia bromide) tablets 10 tablets, 20 tablets,

The composition and form of issue: 

Tablets, film-coated. 1 tablet contains:

ibuprofen 400 mg

pitofenone hydrochloride (ketone) 5 mg

fenpiverinia bromide (amide) 0, 1 mg

other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose corn starch glycerol colloidal anhydrous silica purified talc magnesium stearate hypromellose macrogol 6000 titanium dioxide Polysorbate 80, sorbic acid, Dimethicone 

in blister packing 10 PCs per cartons 2, 10 or 20 packs.

Pharmacological action:

Inhibits the biosynthesis of PG, stimulates the formation of endogenous interferon.

Indications:

The pain is caused by spasm of smooth muscles (disalgomenorea, hepatic, intestinal and renal colic, biliary dyskinesia, gastrointestinal spasms, tenesmus, headache, migraine, etc.).

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity, aspirin-dependent bronchial asthma, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

Application during pregnancy and breast-feeding:

Contraindicated. At the time of treatment should stop breastfeeding.

Side effect:

Dyspeptic phenomena, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract.

Method of application and doses:

Inside, avoid the irritant action on the stomach the drug is taken immediately after a meal or drink milk.

On the table 1-2. up to 4 times a day. The maximum daily dose – 6 table. Under algodismenoree — on 1 tab. it is advisable to take Novigen every 4 hours or 1 hour before meals or 3 hours after meals.

The maximum duration of admission without consulting a doctor — 5 days.
