Articular syndrome (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout), degenerative and chronic inflammatory diseases of musculoskeletal system (osteochondrosis, osteoarthritis, periartropatii), post-traumatic inflammation of soft tissue and musculoskeletal system (sprains, bruises). Pain in the spine, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, pain and inflammation after operations and traumas, pain in gout, migraine, algomenorrhea, pain with adnexitis, proctitis, colic (biliary and renal), pain syndrome in infectious and inflammatory diseases of ENT organs.

Contraindications.

Erosive-ulcerative shock syndrome in acute phase, aspirin triad, blood violations of unclear etiology, hypersensitivity to diclofenac and other components in the dosage form, or other NSAIDs.
