TB-500 (Thymosin Beta 4) is a synthetic derivative of thymosin beta 4/TB4 (44 amino acids) contained in all human and animal cells. TB-500 promotes accelerated healing of wounds and traumas and provides multidirectional protective action. According to recent studies, TB-500 provides certain impact on athletic performance. For the first time thymosin beta 4 was derived from thymus extract. TB-500 ANALYSIS

DESCRIPTION

ТB-500 has been studied in a number of clinical trials. Thymosin beta-4 has been tested in multicenter trials in the United States and Europe in patients with bed sores, ulcers caused by venostasis, and Epidermolysis bullosa simplex, and was found to accelerate bed sore and stasis ulcer repair by one month. It has also been tested in patients with chronic neurotrophic corneal epithelial defects and found to promote repair. The thymosin beta-4 peptide, if used after a heart attack, might reactivate cardiac progenitor cells to repair damaged heart tissue.

Thymosin beta-4 was allegedly used by some players in various Australian football codes and is under investigation by the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority for anti-doping violations. On 30 March 2015, the Australian Football League anti-doping tribunal initially cleared players of the Essendon Football Club over the use of thymosin beta-4, however after an appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency, this was overturned on 12 January 2016.

PACKAGING & DOSAGE

Thymosin Beta 4 is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously. It is recommended to be used only to treat traumas or to provide cardiotonic action.



Standard healing effect:

Loading phase: 2-6 mg/week divide this dose into 2 injections (e.g., one injection of 2 mg is to be given on Monday and another one of 2 mg is to be given on Wednesday). Duration: 1 month.

Maintenance phase: 2-4 mg/month divide this dose into 2 injections. Duration: 1-2 months.



Accelerated healing effect:

Loading dose &ndash 10 mg within the first week (1 flacon 2 mg/day), further dose &ndash 5 mg/week (ideally, you should divide it into 2 injections) within 5 weeks.

Maintenance dose &ndash 10 mg/month (1 bottle 2 mg per 6 days). According to many American sportsmen who use ТВ-500, this dosage is the best possible and the most efficient one. As a whole, 18 bottles are required within the first 6 weeks and 5 bottles per month are necessary to maintain obtained results.

SIDE EFFECTS

Randomized, placebo-controlled study did not detect any toxic and serious side effects even followed by a 1260 mg dose.
